Solar Instruments
The Solar Backscatter Ultraviolet Radiometer (SBUV/2) measures solar irradiance and Earth radiance (backscattered solar energy) in the near ultraviolet spectrum (160 to 400 nm). The solar spectrum is measured once per day.
